Guguanyao crusher is mainly used to process the wood processed by shredder or chipper (Comprehensive crusher) (the material size is required to be no more than 3cm in length and width, and no more than 2cm in thickness). It can be broken into small particles by hammer. It mainly depends on the impact energy to complete the crushing operation.

When guguanyao pulverizer is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material evenly enters into the mold cavity of the crusher. The high-speed rotating hammer impacts, shears and tears the material, and at the same time, the material is broken. The gravity action of the material makes the material rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle plate in the frame. The sieve plate is set at the lower part of the rotor. The particles smaller than the screen hole size are discharged through the sieve plate, and the materials larger than the screen hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until they are broken to the required size, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
